The 1/2 Oblong Food Pan is made of porcelain and it has a capacity of 3.2 qt/3.0 ltr. This food pan fits our oblong chafing dishes. The food pan can be paired with a a second food pan in our oblong chafing dishes to allow for displaying two different food dishes together, but separately. Microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer safe! Gradual transition required from hot to cold temperatures or visa versa.
