The Large 1/2 Size Round Food Pan is made of 18-10 stainless steel, with a capacity of 2.85 qt/2.7 ltr. This food pan will fit all of our large round chafing dishes. It is half of a food pan, so it is sold in sets of two. The two 1/2 size pans have a total capacity of 5.7 qt/5.4ltr.
