The Oblong Dripless Water Pan is a SMART way to keep food dry.

The Oblong Dripless Water Pan is made of 18-10 stainless steel. This water pan is designed to work with the water management system to replenish the water in the water pan from it's own condensation. This will minimize the labor required to service the chafers, help prevent overheating and preserve the quality of your food. This water pan will fit any of our Oblong Chafing Dishes.
