The 2/3 Oblong Food Pan is made of 18-10 stainless steel and it has a capacity of 5.8 qt/5.5 ltr. This food pan will fit our square chafing dishes or our oblong chafing dishes. The food pan can be paired with a 1/3 food pan in our oblong chafing dishes to allow two different food dishes to be displayed together, but separately.
